hey girls,
a guy from my summer league team is trying to put together a beach
ultimate team for the fall and needs more females.
it's sundays, supposedly in santa monica, mid-october through the end
of november, and a tournament in early december. pretty cheap... like
10 bucks per person.
4 on 4, played 2 guys - 2 girls.
they don't need major commitment, they just would like to get the
number of ladies up.

Hey Sandra,

No problem if you couldn't make some of the games. They are Sunday,
10AM
somewhere in Santa Monica, probably the usual spot around Ocean Park,
about
1/4 mile south of the SM pier. This is the first year of this league
and I
know a lot of people are hesitant to join teams because of the
commitment
and time slot, but if you can come out for 3 or 4 games, that would
be cool.
If you can recruit any other women (Erika?), that would be even more
helpful. We want to have like 5 on the team so no one feels like
they have
to be there all the time. We're trying to make a team that is a good
mixture of good players and nice people. So far, everyone on our
team is
super duper nice and mellow, and all west siders.
