Hello everyone. I just wanted to let you know I'm making a website to teach you guys plyos (and other movement/balance exercises). These exercises are a great to do over the summer. They'll help improve athleticism (cutting, running, jumping, laying out) and decrease risk of injury. I've had the opportunity to talk to some of you about these exercises in the past, but hopefully this site will allow all of you to take advantage of them. To be honest, I never did many plyos in college (though that's because no one told me about them). Then I discovered how ultimate becomes more and more fun the more athletic you are, so I started doing them a lot more. Because of these exercises I'm faster and can jump higher than I could in college (even though I'm old
now). I'd like to pass this knowledge on to you, so check out the website if you're interested. It's currently at alexkorb.wordpress.com.
