I hope all of you are well and training.

 

Dubai – Fujairah Charity Ride

 

This Friday 16.02.2007 there will be a 200 km charity ride from Le Meridien Mina Seyahi in Dubai to Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach in Fujairah in aid of Foresight – a Dubai based charity supporting people who are visually impaired and blind.

 

The charity ride will start at 6.00 from the Le Meridien Mina Seyahi and will meet with the regular Friday ride which will start at the Lime Tree, pick up the Safa Park group and cycle along Al Wasl Road.  Once the groups meet they will continue to Academic City as usual.  The groups should join at around 6.30am.  We will continue to the petrol station at Al Awir where the ride will split – one group will continue to Fujairah and the other return to Dubai.

 

There will be support cars on the ride so you can have a rest in a car if you want to!

 

All the riders, their families and supporters continuing to ride with Foresight to Fujairah will enjoy a complimentary welcome Party organized and sponsored by the Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach in Fujairah.

 

You will be able to have a shower at the hotel.

 

Come and join the party in the Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach. 

 

 

I am sure that we will have a great time and all the riders and helpers will remember this day as a special day in their Cycling "Life"

 

To help the sponsors and organizers could you please let us know if you will be taking part in this ride?  It would be great if as many riders as possible can take part.  Please note that you will have to arrange your own return transport.
