Hello All,

 

More than 80 riders joined the last Friday Ride. We had very good weather, just perfect conditions.

 

Once again I would like to remind all the riders that the idea of the ride is to enjoy cycling in a group and this means to ride in a respectful way and to obey the rules of the Dubai Roadsters Riding Group. (Please see the attachment)

 

The drivers of the support cars requested that the groups should try to stay together as long as possible. The cars will stay behind the last rider and if this is the end of the group all the riders have the benefit of the support and the protection of the car.

 

As the summer is coming back to Dubai it becomes more important that we do not leave any rider alone behind the group.

Make sure you have enough water and sun protection.

Please be sensible about the distance you are choosing, better finish comfortable the 70 km than struggling in the 100 km ride.

 

Please support and look after each other during the rides.

 

As soon as the weather gets to hot, we will change the riding time please see further E Mails.

 

This Friday 28.04.06 we will start at 6.00 am at the Lime Tree cycle on Al Wasl Road towards Safa Park going to Nad Al Sheba.

Online entries for this Friday’s Aquathon will close this Monday night, this will be your Last Chance to enter the race, NO ENTRIES will be accepted after Monday 24^th. www.dubaitriclub.net

 

Those of you who have entered will be sent Race Info and a Course Map late on Monday.  Payment is to be made by Thursday 27^th – details to follow very shortly.

Wolfi's Bike Shop is RENOVATING!

 

For the next weeks we will renovate and expand our showroom.

 

In the mean time we will be working in the back of the same building.

 

We hope to be back in our NEW BIGGER Showroom in approximately 10 weeks from now.

 

Our Opening Hours remain the same 9am – 7 pm Saturday to Thursday

 

Parking at the front of the building, as normal.
