What about a Friday Ride on a Monday?
On Monday the 10.04.06 there is a public
If you want to join the ride just come at 6am to the Lime Tree,
just like the usual Friday Morning ride.

We organize a Friday Brunch 14.04.06 at 12 pm in the ORGANIC FOOD AND CAFÉ in Satwa.
All the products they serve are from organic ingredients and it
tastes really great.

The price for the brunch is 75 Dirham per person, Kids 35 Dirham
below 3 years they eat for free

second year, will take place in the third week of December. Contestants will

The reconnaissance team is currently at work and information on the 2006 course
will be made public before the end of April.
We have already had more teams than last year signing up even though the race
only starts in eight months time. This year's race is proving increasingly
popular every day so those of you wishing to participate should register
without delay.

SOFTWARE UPDATES
Polar
Precision Performance is extensive training analysis software.
The update
file for Polar Precision Performance Software 4 (version 4.03.043, size 2 840
KB)is now available.
Please note that
you must have purchased and installed an earlier version of the Polar Precision
Performance SW 3 or 4 before you can install the update 4.03.043.
We recommend
that the software update will be done on all PCs having Windows
98/98SE/ME/2000/XP as operating system and older version of PPP SW 3 or 4.
Windows 95 operating system is not supported anymore.
The most
important new features:

Double-clicking on day row opens the Diary to Daily details page.
- Week count
extended to max. 20 (Calendar Properties - General - Number of Weeks)
- Entire day
note text shown if there are no exercises for the day.
- Team name
added to Quick user switch member name list. (Shown only if Coach login is on.)
- Sending
data from one day is now possible.
The update
file also includes correction for some bugs that existed in the previous
software version.
