I know its a bit off topic, ok maybe more than a bit. But In most
cases I am not this picky on who i rent to, but I have the apt that is
below me available for rent. Since i have to live above this tenant I
would love to get someone that i know or even just know that they are
a good person. So if any cyclists are friends of cyclists are looking
for an apt in Endicott, let me know. I have a two bedroom available on
the north Side of Endicott on Hill Ave. Its the first floor, my
girlfriend and i occupy the 2nd and 3rd floors. My usual two bedrooms
rent for 600-625 In endicott but for the right tenant we are willing
to give a discount.

I am also hoping that a tenant that rides will make me actually use my
bike!
