Ride today is still on (see details below) , leaving Schurbush Park in conklin at 2:45 PM (not 2:30 as original message stated) . I'll be doing same ride tomorrow since they are calling for sixties (less clothes !! ) but at a higher intensity and not starting till 3:15 PM.............. Get out and get a ride in somewhere today and tomorrow.

And... Keep the rubber side down !!

Anyone want to get in 20 - 22 miles tomorrow afternoon.... 2:30 PM .... Be easy miles, I'll be taking a beating on the trainer later this morning, so be a recovery ride of sorts, flat to rolling terrain, one short one mile climb just to work the climbing legs..... . But OUTSIDE instead of on the vomitron !! Meet at either Schnurbusch Park in Conklin, some back roads, some route 7....
