Description

Tioga Velo Cycling Club email list to be used for the distribution of information to members of the club.

TVC holds weekly Road Races and Time Trials at various locations throughout the Southern Tier.
Tuesday & Thursday night events begin promptly at 6:30pm. May thru August.

You may ride as a guest on your First visit to the TVC. Membership is required for participation in all club events.

It's NYS and the brain trust in Albany.  What do you expect?  Of course they would propose doing the exact opposite of what is generally accepted practice.
