Hi all,
First and foremost, welcome Jakira Williams to the team....she'll be joining us at practice this week with a friend or two in tow (yea!).
Also, does anyone have the Stephanies' and Emily's e-mail addresses? If not, someone make please sure they know what is going on this week.
PRACTICES
Tuesday, February 3 (that's tomorrow...) - Initial plan is fun run/power walking outside Burdick at 6PM. It's supposed to be crappy weather, so if it's really bad we'll postpone.
If we do not practice, I advise getting a workout in. You should be squeezing some in regardless of our practice schedule.
Thursday, February 5, 9 to 11 PM - Gym 3 at Burdick
MATCHES

We've got a nice controlled road to get us ready to beat UDel.....keep working, keep getting yourself fit mentally and physically to play championship rugby. At our best, they can't beat us.
I'll keep tabs on the weather and let you know early tomorrow what the status is for Tuesday night's practice.
Lata gatas,
Jeff
