Points should be Monday to Sunday...in this case Monday, January 5 to Sunday, January 11.
Clarification......the sets like the push-ups/leg lifts/crunches or the squat set is ONE POINT for the WHOLE THING.....not one point for ten/twenty/whatever individual things. You should be able to do ten push-ups in your sleep...so there is no real point value for doing a single set of ten anything. It's the cumulative thing that gets you one point.
Practice restarts Tuesday, January 27th.....it'll be here quicker than you think.
