Here is your reminder for this week's U23 Women's All Star camp being held this
Sunday, September 28th @ UMBC from 10am-1pm. Directions to the pitch can be
found @ http://www.umbc.edu/studentlife/orgs/wrugby/

The agenda will be as follows:

10-10:20 Dynamic Stretching/WarmUp

10:20-11:20 Skills Stations (20 minutes per session/game)
*Tackling
*Ruck/Maul/Contact
*Evasive Running

11:20-11:30 Water/Coaches Gathering

11:30-12:15 Breakdown

12:20-1 Scrimmage

Please pass this on to all whom may be interested! High School Athletes are
welcome!

Also, please mark your calendars b/c the following dates will be mandatory for
selections:

Sunday, October 19 @ University of MD
Sunday, October 26 @ TBA (If interested in hosting, please let me know!)
