ladies,

Helping out with clinics especially youth clinics gets our name out
in the community. This is a great opportunity. If anyone is
interested in holding a rucking pad and spending sometime
interacting with these girls please let me know.

If you also have a rugger you think should go to this clinic let me
know I have the release form they will need.

TIME: 10am - 2pm (ask that they be a little early so we can get
going on time)
LOCATION: Heurich field - our home field

Directions to Fields from Baltimore

Take I-95 south to the Capitol Beltway. Take the Beltway towards
Silver Spring. Get off the Beltway at the New Hampshire Ave. South
exit. Follow New Hampshire to Rt 410 (East-West Highwy). Take a left
onto 410. Follow 410 past Riggs rd. About 1 block past Riggs rd. 410
breaks to the left, YOU SHOULD KEEP GOING STRAIGHT. Now you are on
Ager. You will see a sign on your left that says Heurich Park, DO
NOT TURN HERE- but instead, take your next left onto Nicholson. Take
the next left down an unmarked road. Follow the road around to the
parking lot. There we are.

Directions to Fields from Virginia/DC

Capitol Beltway over American Legion Bridge The Beltway to the New
Hampshire Ave. South exit. Follow New Hampshire to Rt 410 (East-West
Highwy). Take a left onto 410. Follow 410 past Riggs rd. About 1
block past Riggs 410 breaks to the left, YOU SHOULD KEEP GOING
STRAIGHT. Now you are an Ager. About a 1 mile down the road you'll
take a left onto Nicholson. Take the next left down the unmarked
road, follow it around to the parking lot. There we are.

Capitol Beltway over the Woodrow Wilson Bridge After you cross the
bridge, take 295N. Continue on 295 until it becomes the Baltimore-
Washington Parkway. Exit the B-W Parkway at 410 (East-West Highway).
Turn left and proceed West on 410. Several miles then left onto
Queens Chapel. ~3 blocs after turning onto Queens Chapel, turn right
onto Nicholson. Follow Nicholson until it nearly ends and make last
right into unmarked drive- this leads to field. If you miss
Nicholson, Take a right on Hamilton. Follow Hamilton to the next
light and take another right. Now you are an Ager. About .5 miles
down the road you'll take a right onto Nicholson. Once on Nicholson
take the next left. The road is the entrance to the park and is
sometime unmarked, it looks like a service road. Follow road around
to parking lot.

Through the City Take 395 to 295 North, this will turn into the
Baltimore- Washington Parkway. Exit at rt. 410 (E-W highway). Take a
left on 410. E-W to Queens Chapel. (3 or 4 lights). Take a left onto
Queens Chapel. ~3 blocs after turning onto Queens Chapel, turn right
onto Nicholson. Follow Nicholson until it nearly ends and make last
right into unmarked drive (IF YOU COME TO INTERSECTION OF AGER RD-
YOU'VE GONE TOO FAR)- this leads to field. If you miss Nicholson,
Take a right on Hamilton. Follow Hamilton to the next light and take
another right. Now you are an Ager. About .5 miles down the road
you'll take a right onto Nicholson. Once on Nicholson take the next
left. The road is the entrance to the park and is sometime unmarked,
it looks like a service road. Follow road around to parking lot.
