Ladies,

Apparently this past Saturday with Syd/I talking and asking our
players how the game went and how their captains acted on the field
has sparked a nice rumor mill.

I am laying this out now and I expect it to be the same every game
and whenever I talk to any of you.

We ask questions so we know how to improve what comes out on that
field. I ask questions to know how to help you each improve as a
player.

Never will we tell you something that is meant to start a grief
between you and another player. I will handle the comments on an
individual basis if they pertain to an individual on the field. I
will never talk about anyone behind their back because I will talk to
you when I feel it is the right time.

know this about me I am brutally honest so when you ask my opinion I
will give it and I will not hold back. You will not have to wonder
where you stand with me.
