pin positions

I went out today and changed most pins to the C position. The pins where the locks would not come off were #'s 1,4,9,10

and I did not attempt to change 11. There was no lock on #3 so I will get a new one and try to get it on before I have to work tonight.

Jay, were these new locks on 1,4,9,10? The locks were workable but the I could not get the combos that I have to work.

I posted a sign about the new positions with the "exceptions".
