Hey Gang,

There will be a great workshop on the subject of the 8 gate energies
practice found in TaiChi, Xing Yi, and BaGua Zhang taught be Dr Chris
Viggiano. This be 2nd in a series of 8 workshops. If you missed the 1st
one you are strongly encouraged to still attend since there will be a
review of the topics already discussed. Don't be intimidated by the
subject matter being seemingly "Too Deep". I attended the tail end of
the workshop but was pleasently surprised at how digestable the
material really was for even the novice internal style student. This
workshop will give you a better understanding and appreciation of your
practice. Dr Viggiano is a wonderful speaker and teacher with a relaxed
manner, and subtle humor. Light snack fare will be avaiable. The
