Hi,

We're located at Nirvana Fitness Ctrs on RT413 and
I95
Ph 788-8800 Tues 830pm - 945pm. Thurs 730pm - 945pm
Sun 200pm - 500pm. I offer instruction in the Northern
style of Chang Quan to all as basic training. The
related weaponry. The Southern school of Nan Quan and
weaponry. The internal schools of Taji and Xing Yi
with the weaponry. I also train for competition and
self defense.
