yeah, sounds good!!

I'm training hard right now. I'm doing a lot of explosive excercises ie.. Plyometrics and stuff to build up my speed and flexibility. Hopefully, I'll be at least 20lbs lighter by the Amerikick tournament. I'm also working on timing and setups.. I'll probably see you guys next week...

I competed at this one for the first time last year and it was
definately one of the better run and attended events. For a sport
karate open style tournament, I was surprised and impressed at the
number of Chinese stylists that came to compete. Sifu Ishmael
Sadaat's was the largest school there with Jim Whelan's school
a close second. I'll definately attend though injured from the
Pensauken tournament I still hope to compete. New this year is the
Team fighting which looks very interesting as well as the cash prize
money for the grand champion Blackbelt divs in forms and sparring.

Don't forget the Amerikick Internationals the week after in Atlantic
City Mar 28-30th for more information go to Amerikick.com and click
on Events or nblskil.com and search for the tournaments there.
