Hey gang, I just spotted this notice today. Looks
like Chinese martial arts are really growing in the Philly
area. Some new kids on the block are promoting an all
Chinese style tournament and it will be held in Conchahocken
They list 2 man fighting sets, continuios fighting, as well
as Taiji divisions! Plus the ususal forms and weapons. This really
looks interesting and right up our alley! **LOL** Used to be, if you
wanted to attend a Chinese style tournament, you would have to drive
all the way up to New York or down to the Washington DC area. Now we
have atleast 3 in our area to attend! Which include the Sui Lum
Championships in Havertown and the spinoff tournament by a member of
the same organization in Sept if he decides to have another one. Add
that with the prestigeous Kuoshu championships in Hunt Valley Maryland
and Tim Dahle's Ying Yang Chinese tournament in Columbia Maryland and
we'll have an all Chinese style ciruit which is great news!!! I don't
about anyone else but I'm definately gonna check this out! For more
