I thought this might be a great place to see if there is anyone out
there that would like to join a relay team for the Frederick Marathon
this Sunday. Unfortunately, one of our team members is injured and we
need someone to run a leg. The lucky person could run the 3rd leg
which is 8.2 or we can switch some of the legs around if a shorter
distance is desired.

I got involved with this fine group of folks when a similar message was
posted to TriRats just before the Baltimore Marathon. The timing was
right for me and I became the substitute so I'm hoping there's someone
else out there for which the timing is right. Please let me know
