I live in Apalachin and I run close to home. Long Creek Road is my favorite
Very rural, no traffic, some hills if you want and some flat. I vary the
distance depending on how far I want to run, usually 3-5 miles. I also like to
start at the Mobil station on the corner of 434 and Cross Street. Running either
way along Main street in Apalachin and going through the village on the side
roads. There are some good hills if you want to do some hill work. Not much
traffic and some shady areas if it's sunny. It's great for biking, too.
