Sara and Sue and anyone else interested,
I am available anytime Sunday morning. We could start at the park and ride in
Chenango Bridge, do the Forks XV loop and then head to Otsiningo and return. (Or
start with going to Otsiningo then finish with the Forks loop). That should get
20 in, I'll plan a route that will be exactly 20 before Sunday if that sounds
good to anyone.
Anytime after 3:30 am is good for me. :-)
Bob

Hello folks!
I'm training for the Philly Marathon. Anyone interested in an 18-20 mile run
next Sunday morning? Unfortunately, I can't go faster than a 10 min/mile. It
took too long to recover going 9:20-9:30 min/mile for an 18 mile run last month.
