A few years ago I found a great running stroller at the Scratch n Dent in Fells
Point. It was only like $60 but was a good branch just
had a small tear in the fabric on the top part. You never know what you can
find there but there aren't that many Mom's looking for running
strollers in the city. Its on Broadway a few blocks North of Aliceanna.
