We had a beautiful day for our first women's group run! 10 of us ran a
combination of the Iron Girl or Columbia course. We are doing a spur of the
moment, nice weather ride tomorrow at 12:30 meeting at the Patapsco bridge
at the bottom of Ilchester Road. We'll ride a nice easy pace through the
park and around the BWI loop. We hope to see everyone at ride or meeting
tomorrow or next Sunday, at 11:00!

Violence Center and the STAR Center is hosting a benefit showing of the film
Until the Violence Stops.

Until the Vilence Stops features playwright and activist Eve Ensler in a
powerful film that documents how the Vagina Monolgues grew into the
international grassroots movement, V-Day, to stop the violence and against
women and girls.

Show times 12 noon and 7pm in the Kittleman Room ELB 100 at Howard Community
