I did the speed sessions last fall and we rotated meeting spots.  Sometimes we were at the HC Comm College track, sometimes we started at a shopping center off Thunder Hill Rd (I think) and sometimes we met near Lifetime.  I was late once and missed most of the warmup, which made it a little difficult to start speedwork, but I survived.
