Hey Dawn:
That would be great to join you for a spin class
I work in Hanover, MD so CA gym probably isn't far...
It would be for a 6:30pm class, right?
Let me know what day you have in mind.
I know I'll be feeling the samy way your feeling after the 1st class -
sore and tired.
But hey, ya gotta start somewhere, right?
Thanks for your invitation and I look forward to hearing from you...

Hi Rene,
Well, I did my first spinning class last night, and I'm a bit sore
today! I
thought I was at least a bit athletic, but apparently I have lots of
work to
do! I do have visitor passes, and can always get more.I have to figure
out
how they work with a class??? But I'm happy to share, if I can figure
it
out!
Does anyone else have a CA gym membership? Do visitor passes work with
classes that may otherwise need to be paid for? I have "package plan
plus"
so I don't have to pay for the extras, but I have no idea how that
works
with visitors.
Thanks.
Dawn

Hey Dawn...I'm a 'newb' here but wanted to reply to your email. I've
yet to participate in a spin class but I here its an excellent way to
train. Unfortunately, I don't belong to Columbia Athletic Club
otherwise I'd try it with you! If you want company though, perhaps I
a 'visitor' pass would work? Let me know...happy spinning!
Rene
