Hi Rene,
Well, I did my first spinning class last
night, and I’m a bit sore today! I thought I was at least a bit athletic,
but apparently I have lots of work to do! I do have visitor passes, and can
always get more…I have to figure out how they work with a class??? But I’m
happy to share, if I can figure it out!
Does anyone else have a CA gym membership?
Do visitor passes work with classes that may otherwise need to be paid for? I
have “package plan plus” so I don’t have to pay for the
extras, but I have no idea how that works with visitors.
Thanks.

class?
Hey
yet to participate in a spin class but I here its an excellent way to
train. Unfortunately, I don't belong to Columbia Athletic Club
otherwise I'd try it with you! If you want company though, perhaps I
a 'visitor' pass would work? Let me know...happy spinning!
Rene
