As just the briefest of introductions, I'm a broadly skilled scientist with a Ph.D. in biochemistry. I have several years of hands-on research experience in blood cell biology/leukemia research, immunotherapy, and bench-level product development. I also have two years of experience as a combined project/product development manager working for Gene Logic, a well known biotechnology company headquartered in Gaithersburg. I have wide-ranging experience in cellular/molecular biology and cell separation techniques, have a solid publication history, and consider myself to be a well organized and highly detail oriented individual with excellent technical writing and communication skills. With a major downsizing taking place within Gene Logic, I find myself back in the job market, looking for a position that will make full use of the skills and experience that I have to offer. Any leads and/or contacts within the life science fields would be very much appreciated.
