I also feel like I'm trying to get myself started again. Right now, I'm spinning once or twice a week, running 2 or three times a week, swimming once a week and doing weights once a week. I'm going to be doing yoga twice a week starting next week. Tried a Pilates class, but I'm going to stick with yoga. I want to add another weight session and another swim session.
I've been swimming with the masters group on Wednesday at the swim center. I love the pool cause it doesn't have chlorine. Most of the women, and it's almost all women, are VERY GOOD swimmers who swim all four strokes. I'm a very slow, self taught, no flip turns swimmer who only does free style, but the coach, Sue, has been great about giving me an easier workout and giving me pointers on stroke mechanics.
Bob and I are taking dance lessons starting the end of January which I'm really looking forward to.
Met up with Michele and her sister, Amy Fine-Dugas, and another MMTC woman a week or so ago and ran the Columbia tri route which was "fun". I won't be riding outside until the days get longer and the temperature goes higher.
