Trikes are noisy compared to bicycles anyway. Of course if you rode a Raleigh Roadster or 1920s cars (I did both), everything else is quiet by comparison. My

... Yeah, it does come in handy for that on mixed cycle/walking paths (or cycle paths next to pedestrian paths, where pedestrians always seem to choose to walk
