For those of you how have agreed to volunteer at the Longhorn Tri Half-Ironman on October 7, I wanted to see how many of you have Tri4Him T-shirts and how many need T-shirts. We would like to have everyone at the water station wearing a Tri4Him T-shirt, if possible.

 

Please let me know what size you will need and I will get them ordered. Not sure of the cost, however, everyone should have a Tri4Him T-shirt .... priceless.

 

I will send more specific directions this week but in case you are wondering, we will be positioned on Decker Lake Road at Gate 3, approximately one mile from the run start. This will also be about the seven mile mark. Decker Lake Road will be closed to through traffic during the race. We can park in the Expo Center parking lot and walk down to the station. See the inset on the run course map: Click on Half-Ironman and then the run course.

 

 

We need to be set up by 9:30 and should be done by 3:00. The majority of the people will be coming between 11:00 and 2:00. We will be there to support and encourage all racers until the finish.

 

Please let me know about the T-shirt and what time you can arrive.
