This summer there will be coached Masters swim workouts at the Dixon Street Pool on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s at 6:00 am – 7:30 am.

 

Cost is just the price of admission to the pool which I believe is purchasing a punch card at the front desk for 12 visits at $42.00 I believe.

 

I will be the coach, and I will also be in the water with you all from time to time – hence the cheap price – but will also be on deck to make sure you’re swimming correctly (I also watch underwater when I’m swimming as well).

 

This is not a swim lesson format – but a workout format.  There will be drills, and I will teach those drills, but there will be no private instruction unless your swimming is so butt-ugly I have to say something J

 

This all starts on Monday – June 15!!!!!
