Attention all Triathletes or aspiring swimmers

Stroke Clinic – March 27 at 4:00 PM-6PM

Location – King George County YMCA

Price - $5.00 for YMCA members, and $15.00 for non –members

Clinic is limited to 30 swimmers

We will start out with a video presentation that goes over the mechanics of freestyle, and from there go to the pool and present a progression of drills to help improve your freestyle.
