Indoor Tri

Is this coming Sunday (the 15th) at the Rappahannock Area YMCA on Butler
Road.



Set up time is 7:30am, and swim starts at 8:00 am.



Bring your bike trainer, bike, and warm clothes to change into for the run
as it is outside.



Cost is $15.00 if a Tri-Fred member, and $20.00 for non members. Terry
McLaughlin is going to be making up some goodie bags....so please reserve
your spot!

OK..we have the indoor tri tentatively scheduled for January 20th..but I thought we could see if we could do some group indoor rides at the YMCA to build up... 		Debi Bernardes
