Hi everyone!
This week we head back to the track at James Monroe High
School on Wednesday nights (up through November) at 5:45 PM. Drop in fee
for this workout is $5.00.
Program includes:
1.
Activation drills to get prepared to run (5 min)
2.
Warm up jog of 10-15 min (not done on track)
3.
Workout
4.
Cool down run of 10-15 min
5.
Stretching (15 min)
Total time for workouts is generally 90 min from start to
finish.
Athlete abilities range from 5:00 milers to 11 min milers –
from 15 years old to 60+
