wise choice..........keep it, on mine, I still have the original fox
vaniller coil shock, still waiting for the golden parachute so I can
afford a new shock...........but on the front, I put on a 97 Marzocchi
Bomber Z2, damn practically near bombproof. Granted they are a bit on
the heavy side, but the benefits sure do outweigh the
weight.....believe it or not.....those forx outlasted 3 bikes
already....with no maintenance but a little wipe and lube under the
dust seals and and an oil/spring change (springs because the original
were too light). I know the new versions are lighter and more
improved, but I still highly recommend the bombers, plus they had the
best match to the original shocks, so the geometry only changed by a
couple degrees, with 80mm of travel.
