Hi, just bought a 1996 Y-22 (I assume its that year) in excellent
condition. I have no idea the milage but its all original. It
rides great and very responsive. As with all of us, I am in the
process of tearing it down, cleaning, lubricating, etc. and making
it my own.

What are the most popular upgrades? I am going after the stem and
bars first to get the ride profile the way I want it. Also thought
about pod shifters and new brakes.

I have seen suggestions about dismantling the rear frame and lubing
the bushins at the pivot points. Comments?

I have an additional Judy C shock, stem, and brakes if anyone is
interested.

Looking forward to the discussions here.

My long distance bike is a recumbent - sorry guys, I have shoulder
problems.

Later from Iowa

Mike
