Hi group,
I have not been here as I moved and have not been on computer. I would just read the emails. But I have a problem. I moved my horse home from a stable and my newly built home. The builder that sold me land and house was a friend, but not a long time friend. Any way I moved in April and have my horse in just a small sand paddock next to his run in barn that has been great. I put up the electric fence and had a spot in front of that for him who is a three year old.So I let him out and he was beyond happy. But I went to go and just walk the area and pull some weeds and there was glass in one area then another area. I have now picked out a bag of small different shapes and color glass. My closing attorney for house said I can't do anything. Is this true? What can I do?Builder said he doesn't know how it got there and it's not his problem. I now see that I have it throughout the yard. I am a single person as I just should have been more careful. But this guy has been trying to date me for some time with no success. He told me after I told him that I sit there all day on weekends picking out glass,Good at least you are keeping busy and I know where you are?" Please someone help. I cry over this situation and it's not like I have money to legally do anything.
Debbie
