Hi Ladies,

Hope you're looking forward to this Saturday's run at Strawberry
Canyon. There will be a 8 mile option and shorter option (4-6 miles).
Whenever I'm down, this trail always restores my good spirits, with it
sweeping views of the bay, that are worth every inch of the uphill.

We'll carpool from my apartment, as parking is tight at the trailhead.
I live just a couple of miles from the trail.

Please arrive at 2226 Channing Way #1 in Berkeley to park by 8:40AM.
At this time of the day, there is typically parking on Atherton
Street, which runs between Haste and Channing, or nearby.

2226 Channing Way is 1.5 blocks east of Shattuck Avenue. Use google
maps or let me know if you have any questions about directions.

The carpool will leave promptly at 8:45AM. Please bring your own
water. We will bring LUNA bars for before or after the run.

If you can't find parking on Atherton, just pull up in front of my
apartment building in the bike lane, and we'll have you be a driver.
