Notes:
Encouraging all women to get out and run, jog, trot. We will be meeting at the
Ross Post Office to do our initial run. WE will either caravan or run/jog to
the lake and trek around the lake. Distance will be between 2-5 miles, as you
are free to turn around at any point.
