Hi Ladies,

LUNA team is hosting another training run this Saturday, September 6th
at 9am in San Francisco. We are going to meet at the Crissy Field
Parking Lot at Lyon St. (near where Nike used to have their stand) and
run short and longer easy to moderate courses. See details below.

Please come 15 minutes earlier to warm up, get some LUNA bars, and
meet the team. This is one of the most beautiful runs in the city with
spectacular views and great nature around.

Routes:
Short Route (3-5 miles)
We will head from the parking lot along Crissy Field to Golden Gate
Bridge and back. This is a super easy with potentially 1 hill route.

Longer Route (6-9 miles)
The same route as the short version however we will run under GG
bridge and follow the Coast trail to Baker Beach and back.


Getting there:
• From San Francisco, drive west on Marina Boulevard. At the
intersection with Lyon Street, where Doyle Drive diverges left to the
Golden Gate Bridge, turn right at Lyon Street and continue to the
parking lot. Lyon street becomes Yacht Rd. We will meet there and
start running from the parking lot.

• From Marin, drive south across the Golden Gate Bridge, and use the
Lombard Street entrance to the Presidio. Turn right onto Lincoln, turn
right again at Halleck, and continue straight to Mason. Turn left at
the Lyon Street which becomes Yacht Rd. We will meet there and start
running from the parking lot.
