hey LUNA Chix and friends--

This Saturday our team will be running an 18K trail race in Marin County on
Saturday,
called the Bolinas Ridge Wild Boar Trail Race. There are still entry spots
available, if
any ladies are interested in joining in on the fun. There is a 10K course in
addition to
the 18K. The course is beautiful-- stunning views of the ocean, single-track
squeezed in
between wildflowers, challenging, yet not as hilly as many other area trail
races.

Race start is 8AM, we'll all be there by 7:30AM.

If you've never done a trail race before- they are quite low key in comparison
to road
races. You stand a good chance of placing high in your age group just by showing
up!
I will be running the event at a training run pace (new heart rate based
training program),
so don't be discouraged from coming if you aren't in the mood to "race." Its
good social
fun, and an excellent workout.
