Hi Laura,
Nice to hear from you! I'm a relatively new team member of Luna Chix and am currently most comfortable at the slower pace and shorter trail runs. I don't know that I can commit to 2-3 times a week after work because of my job, but I say we pick a day and give it a try first and go from there if you're game.
I work in North San Rafael off Smith Ranch Road. Are you open to running somewhere in between us, like Kentfield or San Anselmo?
I could run probably this Tuesday, then I'm on vacation for a week. Let me know here or phone 686-1007.
