Hi all. I've been out of the circle for the past
few months, so I hope this question hasn't been
recently answered. Also, this question isn't directly
related to track stuff, unless maybe you're running an
enduro at night. Anyway...

I recently got
ellipsoid lights for my '95 M3. I've been wanting them
forever, and finally got them off eBay (as well as Peter
G.). I know Jim B. has had them on his car for quite
some time now. I think it was Donna that mentioned
something about 100 watt bulbs to replace the stock H1 (I
think H1) low beam bulbs??? Any recommends or links to
help me out on this? Basically I want whiter bulbs BUT
NOT A BLUE RICEBOY TINT!!! And no, I don't want to
spend an extra $1200 for a true HID Xenon
system.

As a side note, these ellipsoids are AWESOME and the
stock bulbs do seem pretty white, but whiter and
brighter is my goal, without a blue tint (fake
xenon).

Thanks for any help and hope to see you all at the track
soon!

///Marco
msolorio @ digitalxtreme . com (take out spaces)
