Description

A group about tour skating

"This form of skating, which was introduced in the beginning of this century, can be a relaxed activity as well as an adventure sport with tour length of up to and above 100 km per day. Exciting areas for tour skating are the many lakes of Sweden and the archipelagos of the Baltic Sea. The skates used for this sport are specially developed clip-on skates that fit on hiking boots or even better on sturdy Telemark ski boots. In this way it is easy to hike between lakes to extend the tour."
