I have logged in 900 miles on the bike and still tend to oversteer at low
speeds. Also, I cannot seem to maintain a good average speed on the bike. I
normally average 16-18 mph on a road bike on rolling terrain. I can't seem to
average more than 12-15 on the recumbent and really bogs down on hills.

I know it is not the bike, I think I was a bit say "bonky" at the time and not thinking clearly as I blew by the Waverly stop as my pace was entirely too slow....
