Keep doing what you're doing and you'll be fine. In April you might want to try
some longer rides, say 50 miles or so, on consecutive days. Otherwise you'll be
fine. It's as much a mental challenge as anything so psych yourself up and tuck
behind someone if you get tired.

I am very strongly considering the TORSV 09. This event will be a
first for me in that i have not to this point even ridden 100 miles in
a single day.
I have been riding consistently (2 - 3 times a week) for a little over
a year and average about 15+ mph. Longest single ride is 33 miles.
With the advance of cold weather in my area (central VA) I am reduced
to Sat/Sun rides and trying to get in 2 spin classes a week.
I am open to training suggestions and or experiences during the TORSV
(nutrition before, during, after).
thanks in advance for the advice.
George.
