I am very strongly considering the TORSV 09. This event will be a
first for me in that i have not to this point even ridden 100 miles in
a single day.

I have been riding consistently (2 - 3 times a week) for a little over
a year and average about 15+ mph. Longest single ride is 33 miles.

With the advance of cold weather in my area (central VA) I am reduced
to Sat/Sun rides and trying to get in 2 spin classes a week.

I am open to training suggestions and or experiences during the TORSV
(nutrition before, during, after).

thanks in advance for the advice.

George.
