Turns out my knees are getting too sore, I rode some but can't do the big miles
without lots of damage. am 55. Dr says it's bone-on-bone...Need to do something
someday...sigh.

The group I ride with changes from year to year. I hear excuses like: the
weather, not
enough training, busy that weekend. If you want to ride, just do it. Some years
are harder
then others, thats just part of TOSRV.

Maybe if there was some video or some more media coverage to show what a great
ride it
is.
