Hi Stephen,

I specifically use my aero bars to help lessen pain in my back (upper and
lower) and provide me added hand placement option because I have bilateral
carpal tunnel and other arm and hand pain. I would like to add that my
favorite riding gloves are my Spenco gel, though I don't know if they are
still available or if there is something better on the market now.

Good rule of thumb is to have a properly fit and adjusted bicycle as your
primary concern, before accessorizing with aero bars.

Whatever bar combination you end up using on TOSRV, just make sure that you
are able to fully access your brakes without complications.

May the road rise up to great you!

Are areo bars only made for areodynamics. Could they help lessen the pain in
my upper back and help the numbness in my hands?
thanke,
Stephen
