I watched that fall by Z over and over. The vision left in my mind
was his flesh and blood marking the pavement as he skided to a halt.
I did not see up close his injuries, but it was obvious they were
painful, at 35+ mph, it is a wonder more did not happen. He is very
lucky he did not get tangled in the barricades at maximum speed,
falling to his right was lucky for him.
His performance today seems commencerate of his injuries,
understandable, and it looks as if he may progress downward for the
remainder of the tour.
I am hoping Lance will continue with his daily improvement.
